When alerts fire

Renewal Fix does not alert on isolated events. Alerts trigger when an account crosses a risk threshold based on correlated signals.

This prevents false alarms while still surfacing risk early enough to act.

Alert delivery

Alerts are delivered where your team already works:

• Slack (real-time alerts)
• Email digest
• Weekly or monthly executive brief

No dashboards to log into. No manual monitoring required.

What an alert includes

• Current risk level (Watch, At Risk, Red)
• What changed and why the alert fired
• The most impactful contributing signals
• Clear, actionable next steps

Recommended actions

Every alert includes specific recommendations based on what’s actually happening in the account, such as:

• Scheduling an executive alignment call
• Escalating a blocking integration issue
• Starting a proactive renewal conversation earlier

This removes guesswork and helps teams respond consistently.
